Not all managers are known as good leaders. In fact, there are very few managers that actually turn out to be good leaders. This is simply because many lack certain key features of leadership, and without these, leadership can’t be achieved. The ability to be flexible, think out-of-the-box, adaptability, etc. are all important for a manager to become a good leader.
