Management Team Bios
Adeel has a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and a MBA degree in Industrial Management. He is a senior executive experienced in P&L management, strategic planning, business development and manufacturing operations. He has numerous recognition’s and accomplishments.
Adeel has utilized his executive experience in the development of a corporate communication system — the Bullseye Performance Management System & KPI Dashboards — that promotes a culture of coaching and mentoring. This approach to employee performance management and evaluation is an outgrowth of years of employee management and executive experience with a variety of manufacturing and healthcare organizations.
Shahid Abbasi, Managing Partner & CTO
Mr. Abbasi has over 17 years of experience in software development and implementation of ERP systems. He has managed several implementations of multimillion dollar ERP systems around the globe. Mr. Abbasi started his own IT Services Company in 2000, providing consultancy, software development, and IT services. Mr. Abbasi merged his company with BullseyeEngagement in 2006.
Mr. Abbasi is responsible for execution of company’s mission through development and deployment of Bullseye products. He also leads implementation of these products and planning for risk and growth. Mr. Abbasi has B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Texas.
Robert Remy, Attorney and Owner
Robert Remy has received a B.A. degree in Economics, a Masters of Business Administration degree and his law degree. The substantial portion of Robert’s legal practice has been devoted to corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, and the financing of companies of all sizes and stages of development. Robert has also represented many publicly-held companies in the areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, equity and debt financing, and securities law compliance.
Tony Maresca, Chief Financial Officer
Tony has performed and/or directed all accounting and financial management functions of both private and publicly traded companies. Before joining BullseyeEvaluation, Tony was President of ACR Group. From August 2007, ACR Group was a division of Baker Distributing Company and Watsco, Inc. (NYSE: WSO). Watsco is a $3 billion distributor of air conditioning and heating equipment and supplies with over 500 locations in 36 states and Puerto Rico. Tony is a Certified Public Accountant with degrees and honors from Rice University which he attended on a full National Merit Scholarship.
Louis Posthauer, Director of Sales
Louis is a successful business development executive with over thirty years expertise in technology sales and business development, marketing, software development, management, and entrepreneurship. Previously at Smith Hanley Consulting Group Louis built an IT consulting/staffing practice. Prior to that he sold large scale enterprise business systems and technical software for Severn Trent Systems and Visual Numerics.
Tim Leitte, Channel Manager (Houston, TX)
Tim is a business development director for BullseyeEngagement. He is responsible for the implementation of the clients’ BullseyeEvaluation systems as well as the management of corporate partners. Tim comes to Bullseye with over 26 years of software industry experience in a variety of roles. Most recently he served as Director of Corporate Development at Visual Numerics and oversaw the product related corporate partnerships with companies such as IBM, HP, Intel, Microsoft, Fujitsu, and Lifeboat Distribution. In addition, Tim was responsible for establishing partnerships with academic institutions and facilitating the computational requirements of researchers and instructors within the academic community. Tim also was responsible for corporate partnerships at BMC Software relating to the PATROL product line. He holds BS and MS degrees in mathematics from Michigan State University.

BullseyeEngagement® was officially launched with a Windows® desktop version of the system. In June 2010 V1.0, the new SaaS web based system, was released. The current V2.5 is a robust solution scale able for organizations of any size.
