Lita has more than 30 years’ experience in the area of talent acquisition and performance management. She founded Business Trends, a successful talent solutions company in Asia. When she sold her business to Kelly Services a Fortune 500 company, she had 17 offices in Asia and a turnover of a 100 million dollars. She has served in a consulting capacity to Kelly Services and in her last role with the company; she was Executive Advisor, Global Center of Excellence for the Executive Search & Leadership Consulting practice area for BTI Consultants, which is a part of the Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG). Prior to that, Lita was Vice President of Asia Pacific operations of the Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group. In this role she set up six business units -business process outsourcing, recruitment process outsourcing, vendor management solutions, HR consulting, outplacement & career transitions and executive search services (BTI Consultants) into 13 countries in the apac region.

Lita is a prominent member of the talent solutions and HR consulting profession having been a pioneer of this industry in Asia. She was instrumental in setting up the Association of Employment Services in Singapore. In addition, she introduced an industry code of ethics and worked closely with other similar organizations in Australia and U.S. She was the founder President of the Association on Employment Services for a number of years. She is often featured in media and is a frequent speaker on topics relating to business leadership, entrepreneurship and leadership impact. Lita was on the Board of Governors with the Marketing Institute of Singapore and has been a Mentor with the Singapore Youth Council. She was President of the Singapore Professional and Business Women’s Association; She also held several executive portfolios within Women for Women and was also a member of the International Women’s Foundation of Singapore. She was an invited speaker at UNIDO’s (United Nations’ Industrial Development Organization) forums on building a sustainable society in Bangkok, Thailand, Japan and Nepal.
